Smarty Party Songs is created by Mike Sego. We want families to be able to find the songs without creating an account or handing over personal information.

Browsing this website

You can browse songs, read lyrics, and use the search without signing in. We do not run advertising, retargeting pixels, tracking cookies, or browser fingerprinting on this website. We do not create visitor profiles or store a browser identifier.

We count page loads and selected button clicks in aggregate, such as which song or YouTube button was clicked. These counts contain the page name, button’s location, and song or platform name, not your email address, search text, IP address, or a visitor ID. We honor supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for these optional counts. A click is not proof that a video was watched or an account was followed.

Vercel hosts the website and processes ordinary technical request data, which can include IP addresses, to deliver pages, operate infrastructure, and protect the service. This is separate from the anonymous counts we record. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

Email updates for adults

Email subscriptions are being prepared. The website does not currently collect newsletter email addresses. For questions, contact hi@smartypartysongs.com.

Children’s information

The songs are for children and families; the email signup is for grown-ups. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it. Parents and caregivers should use their own email address for updates.

When you leave this site

YouTube, music services, and social networks have their own privacy practices and age rules. Their players or advertising systems do not load here just because you browse this site; they load when you follow a link to their service.
