GOOD TO KNOW
A few quick answers.
Is the screening really free?
Yes. Admission is free with a confirmed RSVP. Please reserve a seat for each adult and child. Food and drinks are not included in the reservation.
Who is this for?
Smarty Party is designed for kids ages 5–12 and their families.
What happens if the event fills up?
You can join the waitlist as a whole household. We’ll email you if seats become available. A waitlist request does not reserve seats.
Can I change or cancel my RSVP?
Yes. Use the private link in your confirmation email to change your party size or select “Can’t make it.” Please cancel promptly if plans change so another family can attend.
Does saving the calendar event reserve seats?
No. Complete the RSVP form and look for your confirmation. The calendar link just helps you remember the date.
Event RSVP privacy and advertising choices
This notice covers the adult reservation service for the November 27 Arcadia screening. Updated November 3, 2026.
Use an adult’s email address to reserve for your household. We store your email, household name, guest totals, reservation status and any note you provide to manage this event. Please do not enter children’s names or other identifying details. Requesting a private link is recorded so the host can see incomplete reservations; it does not reserve seats or subscribe you to marketing. We use Vercel to host this service and Resend to deliver reservation emails.
Campaign labels in event links help us count which promotions lead to reservations. They are carried through your private sign-in link so they still work when you open the email on another device. They stay with the event record and are not sent to Meta as personal details.
If you are 18 or older and choose optional advertising measurement, a Meta Pixel may load after your first confirmed RSVP. It tells Meta that an Arcadia reservation was completed, with a random event identifier. Meta also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information and advertising cookies or click identifiers, and may associate this with your Meta account under Meta’s privacy policy. We do not send your name, email address, guest counts, children’s information or reservation notes to Meta. Automatic matching and automatic event collection are disabled. This is not anonymous measurement.
The choice starts off and is optional. We remember a choice on this browser for up to 30 days; another browser needs its own choice. Uncheck the box above to stop future measurement here and remove accessible Meta cookies. This cannot recall information already sent to Meta. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. There is no Meta tracking just for visiting this event page, watching its preview, requesting a link, joining the waitlist or canceling. If measurement is unavailable or blocked, your RSVP works normally.
The YouTube preview loads only when you choose to play it and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. YouTube then processes playback and technical data under its own privacy policy. Calendar downloads and external links do not themselves complete an RSVP.
